Certificate Programs


CUA's Metropolitan School of Professional Studies (MSPS) offers a number of career-oriented certificate programs, which provide the ideal option for working adults wanting to gain professional knowledge and an academic credential in a short time frame. All of these certificate programs may be taken for undergraduate college credit, which typically may be applied directly toward one of our bachelor's degree programs or transferred elsewhere.

Human Services Administration

Information Technology

The Human Resource Management Certificate program may also completed on a non-credit basis. The non-credit programs offer an excellent opportunity for those who already have bachelor's degrees to complete the same certificate programs at a significantly-reduced cost. MSPS also offers the following human resource management programs on a non-credit basis:

  • Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS)
  • SHRM Essentials of HRM, and
  • the SHRM® Learning System.
