CUA's Metropolitan School of Professional Studies offers a variety of non-credit programs to working adults interested in increasing their professional knowledge and enhancing their employability at a reasonable cost.

Non-Credit Certificate Programs
These programs are designed primarily for those already holding a bachelor's degree who are looking to develop their academic and professional credentials without the time and expense of a second bachelor's or master's degree.

SHRM Essentials of Human Resource Management - this programs provides an excellent overview of major issues in Human Resources for those who are new to the field or simply want to strengthen their employee management skills.

Noncredit programs typically offer reduced tuition and fees, but the courses may not be applied toward degree programs.
